Get outdoors and enjoy the scenery, fresh air and camaraderie with your fellow fitness friends as you move your body through the trails and streets of San Francisco. We’ll be skipping the stale indoor air of the gyms and instead pulling up a bench, a lawn or a staircase to work our entire bodies. Workouts are designed to include the right mix of strength training, cardio, interval training and mini challenges to meet your fitness goals. We utilize free weights, bodyweight, and resistance training to include variety in our workouts. You will build strength, increase cardiovascular stamina, lose inches and have an overall rosier outlook on life, all while having fun and making new friends. Come join our fun, friendly group!

Class meets in front of the AIDS Memorial Grove in Golden Gate Park at the
Intersection of Nancy Pelosi Drive & Bowling Green Drive in SF.

6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:30 AM 

You choose the days you want to attend (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday).

Six-Week Sessions M, T, TH, F

Monday – Long run day

Tuesday – Hills and upper body

**No class on Wednesdays**

Thursday – Legs and Back

Friday – Speed/interval training and upper body


2 days a week – $225

3 days a week – $305

4 days a week – $345

10-class pack – $200  (valid for six months)
