Get outdoors and enjoy the scenery, fresh air and camaraderie with your fellow fitness friends as you move your body through the trails and streets of San Francisco. We’ll be skipping the stale indoor air of the gyms and instead pulling up a bench, a lawn or a staircase to work our entire bodies. Workouts are designed to include the right mix of strength training, cardio, interval training and mini challenges to meet your fitness goals. You will gain strength, increase cardiovascular stamina, lose inches and have an overall rosier outlook on life, all while making new friends!
